Apartment 810 at 333 Rector Place (aka 1 Rector Park), a large (1339 sq ft) 2 bedroom 2 bath home with exterior balcony in Battery Park City, just closed, two months after going into contract in January. The unit had been listed with another brokerage from last May thru November.

The sellers, a couple with two children, love the building, and will be moving into a 3 bedroom 3 bath purchase on the same floor. I had helped them buy 810 originally. The new buyers are recently married and currently renting nearby. At the walkthru the husband, looking at the large spaces, remarked "This is a 10-year or longer home!"
